Kayak through calm, clear waters to two of the best snorkeling spots in the Cabezas de San Juan Natural Reserve in Fajardo Puerto Rico. Our friendly and knowledgeable crew members provide site information, historical facts, and safety instructions to guests of all ages and experience levels.
Marvel at kayaking along the beautiful beach and then jump into the water, snorkeling over two shallow reefs and encounter an abundance of tropical fish native to the area.

ITINERARY
Welcome to Pirate Snorkeling Shack at Reseva Natural Cabezas de San Juan, Ensenada Yegua, Fajardo Puerto Rico. Will beggin this Eco Tour with the kayak part. First choose your partner to paddle with. Enjoy the beautiful landscape of the nature reserve, while exploring every corner of the beautiful flora and fauna of the place. After an hour of kayaking, we will return to our starting point, where we will take a short break with snack and water.
It's time to take our snorkeling gear, because the guided snorkeling experience will begin. With us, you will learn how to observe the marine life, how to put on the mask correctly, breathe through the tube and how to float. When we are ready, we will swim to the coral reef near the shore. You can enjoy the observation, exploration of one of the most beautiful and lively reefs in the eastern area, where they live, feed and reproduce a variety of fish, lobsters, sharks, turtles and marine mammals!

Pirate Snorkeling specializes in introducing guests to the incredible underwater life and natural beauty of the Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve, Ensenada Yegua, Fajardo, Puerto Rico's protected area. We are passionate about marine life and ecotourism and hope that our guests will be inspired to commit to protecting our oceans and marine life as well.
It is important that you do not touch the coral reefs, fish, turtles or any other marine animals. And please never feed the fish anything that a human can eat. Help our reefs and oceans by using sustainable practices like reef-safe sunscreen, reusable water bottles and cups, and most importantly, take your trash with you.
Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee the any amount or type of fish you will see on our tours. We do not feed the fish to bring them close to visitors. This is harmful to the fish’s natural diet and it interferes with their natural feeding cycles.
